Refund Policy

 

 

 

  1. Domain Registration Payments:
    We do not provide refunds for Domain Registrations, since Domains cannot be unregistered. Domain transfer fees are non-refundable.
  2. Website Hosting:
    Three month hosting package payments are fully refundable less a set up and service fee of $4.95 up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Notify us in writing, and include a copy of your purchase receipt, within 14 days of the date of purchase and we will provide a full refund of your payment, if applicable.  Yearly Hosting package payments are fully refundable up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Notify us in writing, and include a copy of your purchase receipt, within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will provide a full refund of your payment, if applicable.
  3. Professional Tools and Services:
    Monthly Professional package payments are fully refundable less a set up and service fee of $4.95 up to 7 days from the date of purchase. If the service is for posting ads we will refund only if ads have not been posted.   If you have not used the service, Notify us in writing, and include a copy of your purchase receipt, within 7 days of the date of purchase and we will provide a full refund of your payment, if applicable.
  4. Yearly Professional package payments are fully refundable up to 30 days less a set up and service fee of $4.95 from the date of purchase. Notify us in writing, and include a copy of your purchase receipt, within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will provide a full refund less a set up and service fee of $4.95 of your payment, if applicable.
  5. AUP Violations

    Where a client has violated our Acceptable Use Policy leading to an early termination, no refund is available.
  6. Setup Fees

    Setup fees are never refundable and where a setup fee is waived due to annual payment and the client cancels before the end of the annual period, that setup fee will then be charged.
  7. Seven-Day Money Back Guarantee

    Ucca Group offers a 7-day money back guaranteeless a set up and service fee of $4.95 on all products and services provided they have not been used.  Note that this offer does not apply to Domain Name Registrations or cases where Ucca Group terminated the account for any reason.
  8. Should our customer be dissatisfied with any of our services other then domain name registration they should contact us in writing to info@uccagroup.com stating the problem they have so we can assist with any possible misunderstandings of use.  We will do everything in our power to satisfy our customers needs and only after this process has been exhausted will we issue a refund if one is still requested.  We strive to provide a quality service, and this includes all email will be answered within 24 hours. Less than 1 percent of our subscribers request refunds, and even in these rare cases, more often than not, the refund request is not pursued after personal attention to the problem reported by the subscriber.
     

    UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL UCCA GROUP BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHARGES YOU INCUR AS A RESULT OF ERRONEOUS CHARGES, AGAINST YOUR CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT, OR AS A RESULT OF YOUR FAILING TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT AND/OR AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS IN A TIMELY FASHION.
